Jackie Altwasser

Jackie Altwasser is a Chartered Professional Accountant and an independent consultant, providing financial and accounting advisory services to public and private companies. From 1993 – 2005, Ms. Altwasser was with Shaw Communications Inc. in progressive financial roles, with the most recent being VP Finance (2001) where she gained extensive experience in finance, tax, acquisitions, divestitures, and reporting for a public company.

Prior thereto, she was with Ernst & Young in Edmonton, Alberta and Montreal, Quebec. Ms. Altwasser obtained a Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University in 1990 and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary in 1988. Ms. Altwasser served as former Chair of the Board of Canada Pizza Delivery Corp., which through its subsidiary holds the master franchise of Dominos Pizza for Canada. Jackie is also the President and owner of Foothills Educational Materials, a Canadian distributor of specialized educational materials.
